The location is excellent, right in the centre of everything. You can easily walk to all the museums and attractions in the city centre. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The dining/living room is spacious and the bedrooms are clean and comfortable.
Some of the showers did not work well, and there was a strong smell of drains in one of the bedrooms at times.

The location of the apartment is excellent for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. It is centrally located, making it convenient for visiting the museums and exploring the center of the city. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds.
There were a few maintenance issues that could have been addressed, such as the peeling floor and malfunctioning appliances mentioned in the reviews.

Our stay at Living Atocha was delightful. We spent 4 nights in a one-bedroom apartment suite and found it to be clean, bright, and comfortable. The location was perfect, with popular sightseeing spots and Atocha Station within walking distance. We loved the lively atmosphere of Plaza Santa Ana and Plaza del Angel, both filled with fantastic tapas bars. The host, Amanda, was fabulous, providing helpful advice and prompt responses to our queries. The complimentary wine, coffee, and cakes were a pleasant surprise. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, with all the necessary amenities provided. The location was fantastic, as we were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. It was great to have so many restaurants and a supermarket nearby, making it convenient to grab a bite to eat or pick up any necessities. the apartment was modern and well-lit, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The air conditioning was also a huge plus, keeping us cool during the hot summer days.
That the shower water pressure was a bit low, making it difficult to get enough water for a proper shower. it was a challenge to maintain a consistently warm temperature in the shower.

I felt like a master chef preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen with all the fancy appliances. And the best part? The dishwasher did all the work for me!
Oh, but who needs sleep when you can listen to the lovely sounds of drunkards yelling in the streets all night long? Fun for the whole family!
